YaHei;font-size:17px;">那个温暖的晚上，钱老师从容自得地坐在这样的一些老学生们中间，素白毛衣，满头银发，安详地笑着，脖颈上垂下的美丽挂件，给她增添了些许雍容。她低声说着话，口齿很清晰，声音很软，娓娓道来，流露出清晰有力的自信。是的，你一下子就可以感受到她的自信，这个年过八旬的老人，依然浑身透出一股优雅知性而又倔强坚韧的美，十分动人。&nbsp;&nbsp;<br/></span></p><p YaHei;font-size:17px;">退休前，钱美德是烟台二中的英语教师。她回忆说，自己是1976年到烟台二中工作，那时候还没有恢复高考，也没有英语课，她没有符合自己专业的课可以上，曾经做过很多其他的教学辅助工作。恢复高考后有了专门的英语班，她就做了英语班的老师，当时全班有十八名学生，最终有十位学生考上了大学，占当年全校高考录取学生的三分之一，其中的一<span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);font-family: 微软雅黑, Microsoft YaHei;letter-spacing: 1.5px;text-indent: 32px;text-wrap: wrap;background-color: rgb(241, 235, 228);">位</span>学生考到了上海外国语学院。回忆起这段往事，钱老师说：“那是我作为英语老师的第一次尝试，是一个不错的开端。”<br/></span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 7.8pt;text-indent: 24pt;line-height: 2em;text-align: justify;"><span YaHei;font-size:17px;">钱老师在烟台二中的工作一直延续到退休，她担任过很长时间的教研组长。她一贯秉持的是对人要负责的工作态度，对学生、对年轻老师都没有任何私心。年轻老师刚从学校毕业，没有教学经验，她就带着他们，听他们的课，告诉他们怎么教，和他们一起编写各种材料。她鼓励并带动年轻老师练习朗读英语文章，要求大家都回去为自己的朗读录音，再到办公室来一起听……逐渐的，年轻老师都成长起来，能讲好课，能编写复习资料，能出考题，都成为合格的英语教师，也从而保证了烟台二中英语课的质量。<br/></span></p><p YaHei;font-size:17px;">在钱老师的带动下，英语教研组形成专业化的教研氛围。组里经常组织公开课，课后讲评，大家都会认认真真地分析老师在这堂课上的优缺点，在教学上、发音上有什么需要改进的地方，互相之间既没有故意贬低，也没有无故吹捧。钱老师很珍惜这种感受，她说：“我们之间不讲废话，不互相敷衍，我们讲求实事求是，共同教研，共同进步。大家都在教研组这样的整体氛围里面成长起来，所以我们英语组的风气一直很好。”这也是钱老师一直觉得教研组的管理制度更有利于对青年教师的传、帮、带的原因。<br/></span></p><p YaHei;font-size:17px;">那时候二中的英语比同其他兄弟学校中学的兄弟学校平均分高出10分，高考分数一直高居烟台市的第一，也出过山东省英语考试的状元——后来一直在外交部工作的肖君。山东学生的英语发音容易有问题，但是钱老师的学生不会，而她的纯正发音很大程度上得益于她在上海长大的经历。<br/></span></p><p style="margin-bottom: YaHei;font-size:17px;">钱老师的丈夫是部队作家林雨，当时在济南工作，所以很多人都认为她会离开学校、离开烟台。她对校领导承诺：“只要学校给我房子住我就不去济南。”学校给了她房子，传言四起，校长说：“谁能让三分之一的学生上大学，我也给你房子。”<br/></span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 7.8pt;line-height: 18pt;text-indent: 2em;text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:微软雅黑, Microsoft YaHei;font-size:17px;">在钱老师的记忆里，当时的校长谢建陛经常深入教师中间，倾听教师们的意见，使得老师们能够实话实说。<span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 228);">钱老师</span>说自己在工作上是比较刚直的，不容易受到外界影响，坚持稳中发展求质量、求学生长远发展的教学目标。所以当谢校长听说钱老师的教学进度比其他兄弟学校慢，着急地问：“来得及吗？”的时候，钱老师问校长：“你要分数，还是要学生的实际水平？我保证在毕业时完成教学，但我不会现在提前赶进度。”谢校长赞同她的态度，在没有见到成绩之前信任她，不以传言干扰她的教学，不以校长的身份影响她的教学，当时的田玉芷副校长也非常支持她——对这些领导，三十多年后的钱老师依然心怀感谢。<br/></span></p><p
